District Court Referral

General Statute, NC G.S. 7A-38.5 requires that all court-referred cases must attempt mediation before being heard by the court.  If all parties reach an agreement, and the $60 District Court fee is paid, the district attorney will be notified, and the warrants will be dismissed.
